Welcome to Park Square Cellar your neighborhood Bistro, Bar and Wine Boutique located in the heart of FishHawk Ranch in Lithia, Florida. We recently won the Greater Brandon Chamber 2011 Best Small Business of the Year Award!
Our sophisticated, yet informal environment offers a truly unique dining experience. Executive Chef Louis Zanghi heads our kitchen and creates the sumptuous seasonal cuisine. Click on the Cellar Menu tab to view our Winter Menu. Our Spring Menu will be rolled out on March 1st.
In addition to our new Bistro & Bar, we also carry over 300 different wine labels, 100 spirits and 20 labels of cigars.
We also offer a unique Wine, Beer & Bistro Club that enables patrons to receive special benefits and discounts. Wine Club members receive 2 bottles of wine each month. Beer Club members receive 2 six packs of craft beers, or 1 bottle of wine and 1 six pack of craft beer each month. We recently initiated a Bistro Club for those patrons who wish to receive a monthly club card saving 10% off their fare in the Bistro. Every club member receives 5% off his/her tab every time he/she patronizes the Cellar, and now every member receives a FREE children’s meal for every adult Big plate ordered.
Our goal at the Cellar is to provide our customers with high quality food, drinks and service in an atmosphere that makes our customers want to return again and again. “Every bottle has a story” which means that every customer, too has a story. We feel that if you don’t know anyone when you walk through the door, you’ll make a friend before you leave.
